The much awaited, much anticipated...

Cheesey/Funeral Potatoes Recipe
(from the girls blessing)
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 pkgs frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 cup grated cheese
1 cup crunched corn flakes

Mix softened butter, onion, cheese , sour cream and soup together. Pour over potatoes and mix together. Put corn flake crumbs on top. Bake in 9x13 pan @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.



Grandma D's Baked Beans

6 slices bacon fried crisp, diced and set asisde
1 1/2 lbs hamburger browned
1 onion diced optional
1/2 green pepper chopped optional
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp Prepared mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large can B & B baked beans
3/4 cup catsup
1/2 cup water

Saute onion and green pepper in pan and then brown ground hamburger. Drain off fat and set meat mixture aside. In another bowl add brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, catsup and water together. Pour in large casserole dish and mix in meat mixture, beans, bacon. Make sure it is all mixed together well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
